Savanna’s Broken Record for Varsity Volleyball

October 24, 2018

Varsity’s Volleyball over the past couple weekends had played a long and heated game against Mt. Carmel. In the previous year, Mercy Volleyball has lost to them, but this year Volleyball had pulled out a victory against them. During these four sets of playing, Savanna Foertsch has broken a record for Mercy Voleyball. During this game she had amazing sets which led to a kill on the other side on the court. Over the course of the four sets of the game, Savanna had fifty one assists, two digs, and one kill. This is very impressive to see how Savanna is getting perfect sets most of the time to her hitters, which leads them to twenty five points. As a teammate of Savanna, I can say she is a hard worker and good teammate on and off the court by being a friend to the rest of the girls on the team and being there for them  whenever they need someone to talk to. Even though this is Savanna’s last year playing, we know she will help Varsity Volleyball finish in victory!
